Refund & Cancellation Policy

Beta. Inzira is in an invite-only test period. Our Privacy, Terms, and Refund policies are drafts under legal review and may change before a public launch. They are not legal advice.

1. Free tier

You can use Inzira's free features without payment. Premium is optional.

2. Subscriptions & cancellation

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen period (e.g., monthly). You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; your Premium access continues until the end of the current paid period, and you won't be charged again after cancelling.

3. Refunds

• Because a free tier lets you try the platform before paying, subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current period once it has started.
• If you were charged in error, charged twice, or could not access Premium due to a fault on our side, contact us within 14 days and we'll investigate and refund where appropriate.
• Where local consumer law grants stronger refund rights, those rights apply.

4. Mobile money (Rwanda)

Mobile-money payments are confirmed manually before Premium is activated. If a payment was made but access wasn't granted, contact us with your transaction ID and we'll resolve it (activate or refund).
