By creating an account or using Inzira, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
You must provide accurate information. Students under 16 may use Inzira only with verifiable parent/guardian consent, given through the approval link we email the guardian. A parent/guardian who approves an account accepts these Terms on the child's behalf and is responsible for supervising their use.
You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity on your account. Tutors are subject to review/approval and additional terms.
Inzira provides educational content, an AI tutor, assessments, and access to human tutors. The AI tutor is a study aid: it can make mistakes and is not a substitute for a qualified teacher or professional advice. We do not guarantee any particular exam result or outcome.
Premium features are offered on a paid subscription. Prices are shown at checkout (e.g., monthly plans in USD via card, or in RWF via mobile money for Rwanda). Subscriptions renew until cancelled. See our Refund Policy. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Don't misuse the service: no cheating on others' behalf, no harassment, no attempts to break, scrape, or overload the platform, no uploading unlawful content, and no sharing accounts. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Course content and the platform are owned by Inzira or its licensors. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them for learning. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a licence to use it to operate the service.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms; we'll post the new date above and, for material changes, notify you. You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
